We are seeking a Senior Workforce Enablement Consultant to join our remote team.
This role will involve supporting change management and training programs within IT projects, focusing on Workforce Planning & Management. As a consultant, you will work closely with different departments to ensure the execution of change management plans and the development and delivery of training programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the Change Management Plan, helping to ensure it is executed effectively across different departments
- Aid in the development and delivery of training programs for administrators and business users
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and assess the impact of changes
- Help maintain documentation related to change management activities and training sessions
- Conduct workshops and training sessions, ensuring information is presented clearly and is understood by all participants
- Collect feedback from training participants and other stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of training and suggest improvements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting change management and training programs within IT projects
- Practical knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies
- Experience in supporting cloud migrations or CMS platforms
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating training sessions and supporting change communication efforts
- Ability to conduct training needs assessments and stakeholder impact assessments
- Proficient in English, with at least an advanced level of competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
