We are seeking a Senior Webmaster to join our remote team and support our SharePoint and Umbraco content management platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be publishing new content on request while ensuring compliance with our strict procedures to maintain confidentiality. You will also be responsible for supporting intranet users, testing new features developed by our team, and ensuring a proper handover between team members to provide 24-hour service across all locations. We expect you to be a proactive and organized individual who can handle last-minute requests and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Publish new content on request while ensuring compliance with confidentiality procedures
- Support intranet users and provide prompt resolution of their issues
- Test new features developed by our team and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the content management platforms
- Ensure a proper handover between team members to maintain 24-hour service across all locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues, and optimize the content management platforms
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the content management processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Web Content Management, with expertise in SharePoint and Umbraco platforms
- Experience in managing complex web pages with sensitive content and following strict procedures in content publishing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
- Fluency in English, with advanced communication skills (C1) to ensure effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
