We are seeking a Senior Way4 Configuration Developer to join our core development team responsible for enhancing and supporting the Way4 payment card processing platform.
You will work closely with experienced professionals to implement new product features and maintain the system's evolution. This role requires hands-on experience with Way4 card configuration beyond standard documentation and strong technical expertise. Responsibilities
- Develop Way4 configurations based on business requirements and architectural guidelines
- Validate completeness and quality of requirements for development tasks
- Assess accuracy of effort estimates provided by architects
- Perform unit testing and prepare automated tests aligned with the existing testing framework
- Create and update custom packages and CUST procedures within the Way4 environment
- Collaborate with team members to support new feature development and product evolution
- Document configuration changes and technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in Way4 modules
- Participate in agile development processes and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with payment card industry standards in configuration work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Way4 developer with hands-on configuration expertise
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL programming languages
- Understanding of card business processes and payment card industry standards
- Proficiency in configuring major Way4 modules such as account schemes, orders, service pack, tariff, classifier, decision, contract parameters, products, and events
- Analytical skills with experience in agile methodologies and software testing
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
