We are seeking a Senior Way4 Configuration Developer to join our core development team focused on enhancing and supporting the Way4 payment card processing platform.
You will collaborate with experienced professionals to implement new features and drive the ongoing evolution of the system. This position requires advanced hands-on experience with Way4 card configuration and strong technical skills. Responsibilities
- Build and modify Way4 configurations according to business needs and architectural standards
- Review requirements to ensure completeness and quality for development tasks
- Evaluate the accuracy of effort estimates provided by architects
- Conduct unit testing and develop automated tests within the established testing framework
- Create and maintain custom packages and CUST procedures in the Way4 environment
- Work with team members to support new feature development and system enhancements
- Document configuration updates and technical solutions
- Diagnose and resolve issues within Way4 modules
- Participate in agile development cycles and testing activities
- Ensure all configuration work adheres to payment card industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Way4 developer with practical configuration expertise
- Strong command of PL/SQL and SQL programming
- Understanding of card business operations and payment card industry regulations
- Skilled in configuring key Way4 modules such as account schemes, orders, service pack, tariff, classifier, decision, contract parameters, products, and events
- Analytical mindset with experience in agile practices and software testing
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills at B2+ level
