We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visualization Engineer / Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced BI reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role focuses on creating impactful dashboards and reports while ensuring alignment with best practices and backend optimization for high-performance.

Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end BI reporting solutions, from dataflows and semantic models to frontend dashboards and reports
Ensure optimization and high performance of dashboards, BI tools, and underlying data models
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and align solutions with business needs
Adhere to and promote best practices for frontend reporting and visualization design
Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of BI solutions
Leverage expertise in DAX and SQL queries to create complex and efficient data models
Ensure integration with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake for robust data processing
Troubleshoot issues and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
Drive innovation by utilizing advanced features and functionalities of Power BI and similar BI tools
Document processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability
Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization roles, with a strong focus on BI tool development
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, DAX queries, and SQL-like programming
Knowledge of data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, combined with a solid background in BI methodologies and architectures
Familiarity with best practices in reporting and dashboard development
Skills in CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines to support scalable BI solutions
Understanding of enterprise-level data integration and performance optimization strategies
Capability to interpret complex business requirements into actionable data insights
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within dynamic data landscapes
