Work on the strategically important product’s features from scratch or existing features improvements with already existing research findings

Collaboration with the engineering, product teams and architects

Build design solutions based on holistic product ecosystem vision

Design decisions validation (quantitative and qualitative methods), work with analytics data

User interviews and testings planning and facilitation

Work with internal Digital Platform Library

Handoff UX work to visual designer

Quality control of development team work

3+ years of experience as Visual Designer

A proven portfolio detailing enterprise examples

Strong product mindset

Problem solver, identify problem and be able to resolve it

Experience in conducting customer workshops

Strong knowledge of UX methodology

Experience in conducting UX research

Visual skills

Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe, Sketch, InVision, Mural, Abstract)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proactive, able to initiate design activities, to work independently

Leadership skills and good team player

Be able to resolve sudden challenges

Good communication skills in English
