Back to SearchEPAM is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join an IT UX Team in Geneva. This is a full-time on-site position working closely with both EPAM and client teams.
You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the design system, translating business briefs into effective prototypes and designing user interfaces that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the existing design system
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand briefs and requirements
- Translate business needs into UX/UI prototypes for testing and approval
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Proven experience in maintaining and developing design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX prototyping and UI design skills
- Ability to generate prototypes for user testing and business approval
- Experience working in a collaborative client-facing environment
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working on-site at client premises in Geneva
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss and collaborate directly with clients
- Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into design solutions
- Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic work environment
