Senior UX Designer for Software Company

Currently, we are looking for a Remote Senior UX Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in project Discovery and Delivery phases led by suite Product Manager (PdM) with support from business stakeholders, delivery team, and Product Owner / Business Analyst to define the scope of the product
  • Help PdM and PO to identify user needs, formulate hypotheses to test, choose the best hypothesis test methods
  • Design and conduct research (including in-depth interviews, surveys, etc.) and UX tests
  • Analyze business requirements, product manager’s artifacts, and other high-level documentation
  • Create design deliverables according to project stage (CJMs, personas, user flows, process maps, etc.) aligned with the Product Vision
  • Create low-/ hi-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes, prepare mockups for the development team, and detailed requirements on how the UI should work
  • Deliver solutions in accordance with EPAM Digital platform design library and People programs style guide
  • Communicate and align design deliverables with other design and development teams and systems that are involved
  • Lead design workshops and participate in design critique sessions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with UX design processes and methodologies
  • Expert knowledge of hypotheses creation methods, testing types, principles of scoping MVP, etc.
  • Ability to take ownership of all design activities on the project
  • Strong UI skills; experience in design for mobile/responsive applications; experience in creating UI kits/ guidelines for development teams
  • Ability to share portfolios: as a researcher, UX, and UI designer. Broad experience in designing B2C products with lots of integrations, widgets distributed through many systems
  • Knowledge of design tools 
  • Experience in collaboration with product management, development, and BA teams
  • Ability to work independently, good stress tolerance
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members
