Currently, we are looking for a Remote Senior UX Designer to join our team.
Meanwhile, there is a foundation we can already build on the different actors' journeys and the behaviors, attitudes, experiences, needs, barriers, and motivators are not well known yet.
Responsibilities
- Remote & Onsite collaboration
- Multiple Scope calibration workshops
- Team synergies (Research & Assessment, Learning)
- Accelerators and lessons learned from past UI/UX CoE projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working directly with design systems
- Experience contributing to mature design systems including component design, documentation, and education.
- Solid experience writing component documentation.
- Comfortable working with front end engineering teams for web and mobile user interfaces, including participating in code reviews.
- Mastery in Figma and additional design tools that allow modern design teams to develop a design system.
