We’re looking for a talented remote Senior UX Designer with 3+ years of proven work experience as a UX designer, ground experience in UI, and experience in creating visual designs to join our team.
The customer is one of the world's leading communications services companies. It was established in 1980. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK, with more than 30 million customers and the largest operator of 4G services in Europe.
Responsibilities
- UX design of single-page applications
- Designing desktop/mobile applications
- Working with stakeholders and UX to decompose flows
- Develop screen details, depicting all necessary design delivery
- Validate mockups with stakeholders and development team
- Iterate on solutions
- Work with existing UI Library
- Support UI Sketch Library
- Gathering and evaluating requirements, in collaboration with the client’s management team and end users
- Create original UI designs taking into consideration client’s branding
- Present information architecture, wireframes, and mockups to the stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UX designer of 3+ years
- Ground experience in UI (Desktop or/and Mobile)
- Good understanding of UX
- Understanding of Experience Design
- Comfortable working in Sketch
- Experience in creating a design of complex user interfaces from scratch
- Be able to follow a defined design process
- Able to read and understand project and requirements documentation
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience working directly with stakeholders/BA from Client side
- Be empathetic and consider the experience and needs of the end users
- Be willing to reiterate till good quality is achieved
- Be able to understand high-level ideas and transform them into meaningful and visualized information architecture, wireframes, and mockups
- Teamwork, motivation
- Good written and verbal English is mandatory (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience in working in a Scrum team
- 2+ years of experience in creating visual designs
- Understanding of HTML, CSS is a plus
