We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape front-end experiences, improve client journeys, and boost merchandising outcomes across global eCommerce platforms. You will partner with global platform teams to run A/B tests, guide feature rollouts, and use analytics to improve conversion.

Responsibilities
  • Design front-end experiences and track performance to spot improvement opportunities
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to continuously elevate CX and global platform capabilities
  • Partner with global platforms on updates, roadmaps, and features for the company’s platform partner program
  • Lead pilots with selected partners in different markets and communicate outcomes to global teams
  • Train in-market company teams on tools, techniques, and best practices to improve third-party merchant partnerships
  • Collaborate across functions with internal teams including Marcom, UX, and Product Management
  • Coordinate with external design and technology agencies to deliver the overall design vision
Requirements
  • Hands-on eCommerce UX/UI design experience (3+ years) and a BA or BFA
  • Solid knowledge of eCommerce merchandising, customer experience, or digital B2C brand sales on direct-to-consumer sites such as Shopify or Adobe Commerce
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Keynote
  • Working familiarity with Wrike and Quip
  • Background in QA and UAT processes
  • Proven track record executing A/B tests and CX conversion optimization programs for direct-to-consumer platforms
  • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics and how to apply it to improve online sales and customer experiences
  • Understanding of eCommerce across global markets such as Europe, LATAM, APAC, and MENA
  • International experience and ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred
