Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define innovative UI/UX solutions
- Conduct user research interviews and surveys to understand needs and pain points
- Create wireframes user flows and site maps to communicate design ideas
- Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
- Professional UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile platform design work
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills — Cantonese proficiency is a must
- Finance or insurance project background is a strong plus
