Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior UX Designer to join our global team.
The customer is an American multinational consumer credit reporting agency and is one of the three largest consumer credit reporting agencies. It collects and aggregates information on over 800 million individual consumers and more than 88 million businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences across responsive web platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to understand users, translating understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
- Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
- Plan and execute user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as UX Designer
- Demonstrated ability to lead the solution of a product area and connect that to a broader product vision
- Fluency in one or more design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD), and ability to create/work in the design system
- Experience with designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms: for responsive web as well as native mobile apps
- Expert in experience and journey mapping, identifying and capitalizing on friction when appropriate and moments of delight across the journey
- Experience in strategizing and executing your own UX research
- Proactive with capacity to handle high work volume and balance multiple projects at once
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges as they arise
- Be part of cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Have an online portfolio to show your design work
- Strong communication skills
