Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a talented remote Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us create outstanding user experiences. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for defining and delivering experience strategy, using human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges. You will be involved in developing user journeys and user flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience. You will provide wireframes for concept and prototypes to be used for user research. You will also provide detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts and provide governance strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver experience strategy for various projects, focusing on human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges
  • Develop user journeys and user flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience, providing wireframes for concept and prototypes to be used for user research
  • Provide detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts and provide governance strategy, influencing strategy for a project or product area by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
  • Work within existing customer experience success metrics for a project or product area, exploring diverse, novel perspectives and design directions by default, and evaluating concepts using appropriate methods to determine the strongest
  • Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders confidently, bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to identify opportunities to align goals and increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
  • Create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to team and stakeholders using customer, business, or competitive insights
  • Define the key goals across the design team and align with stakeholders and secondary team members, envision an ideal state vision and bring it to life as a testable hypothesis, evolve and crystalize the ideal state vision based on testing, and convert it into a back casted roadmap
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong foundation in UX design principles and practices
  • Expertise in content strategy and design, design documentation, experience strategy, prototyping, visual communication, wireframing, design processes, and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to team and stakeholders using customer, business, or competitive insights
  • Experience in envisioning an ideal state vision and bringing it to life as a testable hypothesis, evolving and crystalizing the ideal state vision based on testing, and converting it into a back casted roadmap
  • Experience in defining the key goals across the design team and aligning with stakeholders and secondary team members
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and identifying opportunities to align goals and increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
  • Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

  • Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, and data
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, using data to inform design decisions
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring that all users can access and use the product effectively
