We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our remote team and take charge of designing cutting-edge experiences for our clients. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of products and services that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and their customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a UX strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design processes and documentation, as well as project management activities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a UX strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal delivery of design solutions
- Develop and implement design processes and documentation to promote efficiency and quality
- Create wireframes, sketches, flows, design comps, and prototypes with minimal guidance, demonstrating mastery of common visual and interaction design principles and practice
- Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders, confidently exploring diverse, novel perspectives and design directions
- Provide governance strategy, influencing project or product area strategy by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
- Develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and insights from research and other customer data sources
- Clearly communicate customer-centric goals when presenting work to stakeholders and team
- Define key goals across the design team and align with stakeholders and secondary team members
- Tailor communication styles and formats for different audiences
- Apply and adapt design and research processes to fit the needs of the project
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, working on large-scale projects and complex design systems
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful UX strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Expertise in Content Strategy & Design, Design Documentation, Experience Strategy, Prototyping, Visual Communication, Wireframing, and Design Processes
- Proficiency in project management, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional designs that meet and exceed client expectations
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, facilitating optimal user experiences
- Ability to tailor communication styles and formats for different audiences
- Excellent organizational and structuring abilities, promoting the efficient delivery of projects
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level), allowing for effective written and spoken collaboration and active participation in meetings and discussions with the team and stakeholders

- Experience with design sprints, MVP launch, and scaling solutions
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience with different design software and tools
