We are searching for a self-driven, team-focused remote Senior UX Designer ready to challenge traditional, requirement-focused development with a user-centred design process that prioritises empathy for our users.

Our UX team holds the responsibility of driving user experience via research discovery and solution framing, which ultimately delivers an exceptional product experience for our users and top-notch business solutions for our customers. The holder of this position will be tasked with organising and conducting user research and analysis, translating the findings into diverse types of assets that communicate user experiences and business solutions. You'll work closely with team members in researching, testing, information gathering, interaction analysis, feature and priority refinement, and product design iteration from ideation to implementation. This role invites contribution to formal and informal design critiques and collaboration with highly technical implementation teams for delivering a polished final product in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • The embodiment of simplicity, communication, feedback, respect, and courage
  • Active involvement and leadership in the customer design community for the evolution and sharpening of design practices
  • Collaboration with technical product managers, analysts, designers, and developers for designing user experiences
  • Facilitation of user research and testing methods, analysis of results, and reporting of findings
  • Guidance of product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops
  • Creation of process flows, information and content architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Initiative-taking in the coaching and growth of other designers; leading discussions on UX/UI
  • Advocacy for user experience and championing of the user
  • Core membership in UX, contributing to UX-specific initiatives, compiling resources, and creating libraries and repositories of UX assets
  • Maintenance of UX enterprise standards, best practices, principles, and resource repositories
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of professional UX design experience on enterprise products
  • A comprehensive online portfolio showcasing past work experience and pertinent, user-centered design solutions required from large enterprise corporations with a blend of B2B and B2C solutions
  • Robust understanding of interface design principles, utilize interactive technologies, user-centered design methods, and adherence to best practices
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills capable of communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences and various levels of the organization
  • Experience with Design Systems, style guides, design patterns, and atomic design methodology
  • Proficiency in using Figma and other software design tools like Sketch and XD and an innate curiosity for innovative tools
  • Experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design
  • Experience in UI Design and/or Visual Design
  • Understanding of the interplay between HTML, JavaScript, and CSS in making interaction decisions
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Experience in software development for consumer electronics or embedded systems would be a plus
  • Python, JS, and markup languages (HTML, XML) knowledge is a huge advantage
