We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our remote team, collaborating with a leading software development agency. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective user experiences for our clients across various industries. You will be responsible for creating user journeys and flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to support tactical efforts. Additionally, you will be involved in developing governance strategies, influencing the project's UX vision, and exploring diverse, novel perspectives and design directions. Your role will also entail facilitating idea generation with stakeholders, communicating design rationale to the team and stakeholders, and adapting design and research processes to fit project needs.
- Develop user journeys and flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience
- Create wireframes and visual designs to support tactical efforts
- Prototype designs to be used for user research
- Provide governance strategy and influence the project's UX vision
- Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and explore diverse, novel perspectives and design directions
- Communicate design rationale to the team and stakeholders using customer, business or competitive insights
- Adapt design and research processes to fit project needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning within the group
- Align key goals with stakeholders and secondary team members
- Envision an ideal state vision and convert it into a back-casted roadmap
- Evolve and crystalize the ideal state vision based on testing, conducting detailed design sprints, MVP launch, and scaling the solution, then operating and optimizing the experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, working on complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of creating effective user journeys, flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to support tactical efforts
- Expertise in Content Strategy & Design, Design Documentation, Experience Strategy, Prototyping, Visual Communication, Wireframing, Design Processes, and Project Management
- Strong understanding of common visual and interaction design principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to the team and stakeholders using customer, business or competitive insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong analytical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and practices
- Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing customer insights
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
