We are seeking a Senior Unreal Engine Developer to help push the boundaries of interactive storytelling and player agency through advanced gameplay systems. You will use Generative AI to create dynamic experiences that respond to players in new ways. Apply to help shape what’s next.
Responsibilities
- Design dynamic gameplay systems that increase player agency
- Build Unreal Engine features that support interactive storytelling experiences
- Integrate Generative AI and LLM-driven behaviors into gameplay loops
- Develop Unity prototypes to validate interactive concepts and mechanics
- Optimize real-time systems for stability, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate creative intent into technical solutions
- Test and iterate on player-facing systems to improve responsiveness and quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Unreal Engine development
- Experience with Unity development
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) in game or interactive contexts
- Senior-level ownership and leadership skills to drive technical decisions
- Gameplay systems engineering expertise for real-time interactive experiences
- Strong communication skills to align engineering work with creative goals
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
