We are seeking a talented Senior UIPath Developer to become part of our team, where you will create, enhance, and manage RPA automations using UiPath while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide assistance to end-users.

Responsibilities
- Capture and analyze business requirements through collaboration with business representatives
- Design architecture and develop efficient RPA automations using UiPath, ensuring scalable solutions
- Conduct testing and maintain automations, including production support as part of the DevOps model
- Expand out-of-the-box functionalities for UiPath using .NET
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals for implemented solutions
- Support end-to-end UAT processes and address stakeholder feedback
- Provide training to end-users on newly implemented automations
Requirements
- Proficiency in UiPath with 3+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of .NET
- UiPath RPA Developer certification
- UiPath Infrastructure Training certification
- Showcase of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competency in communication and presentation of technical concepts
- Qualifications in collaborative team environments
- Fluent English capabilities at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Additional UiPath certifications
- Familiarity with other Intelligent Automation tools
- Experience in Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sourcing & Procurement domains
