Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath for desktop and web application automation
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand and refine automation requirements
- Implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable automation solutions
- Participate in the discovery phase to define the scope of automation use cases
- Ensure alignment with RPA best practices and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in RPA development using UiPath
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, components, and development lifecycle
- Ability to analyze and interpret business processes for automation
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
- Familiarity with process documentation and optimization
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) or other RPA platforms
