We're looking for a Senior TestOps Engineer to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will design and implement solutions that enhance test automation frameworks, integrate quality gates into delivery pipelines and support resiliency testing for large-scale cloud migrations. You will work on building scalable TestOps practices to ensure robust, efficient and fault-tolerant systems for critical Java-based applications moving to the cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Design and extend microservices contract testing frameworks for Java applications migrating to the cloud
  • Integrate automated tests and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement resiliency and fault injection practices using AWS Fault Injection Service
  • Build and enhance chaos engineering and post-trade frameworks for infrastructure reliability
  • Migrate QA infrastructure from ATLAS to cloud platforms to optimize scalability
  • Collaborate with development, QA and DevOps teams for test automation and pipeline alignment
  • Monitor testing metrics and optimize processes for continuous quality improvement
  • Contribute to TestOps strategy to improve delivery speed and software resilience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation and TestOps infrastructure integration
  • Strong knowledge of Java for building and maintaining automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with contract testing tools (PACT or Microcks)
  • Proficiency with AWS Fault Injection Service and resiliency testing practices
  • Experience with Cucumber and BDD principles
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration and pipeline quality gates
  • Knowledge of chaos engineering concepts and infrastructure pipeline integration
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Nice to have
  • Experience with soak and performance testing
  • Familiarity with advanced contract testing frameworks or service virtualization
  • Background in monitoring and reporting practices for test pipelines
