Currently we are looking for a remote Senior Test Automation Engineer for media and information company for our team.
The client is a Canadian multinational media conglomerate that operates in complex arenas — law, tax, compliance, government, and media – and face increasing complexity as regulation and technology disrupts every industry. The client’s domain is Legal. Legal solutions from The client deliver products and services to help practice, support, create or enforce the law.
In the project the Java based testing framework will be used. Expected breakdown of tasks is 50% test automation, 50% manual testing.
Responsibilities
- Engineer will work in the distributed team (US/Belarus) which is responsible for development of WL Edge UK product. Team is using Scrum with 2 week iterations.
Requirements
- - Strong knowledge in test automation - Java/Selenium
- - Strong experience in functional testing
- - Excellent communication skills, ability to work directly with the Customer, English proficiency, speaking up proactively
- - Ability to take ownership
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision/control after onboarding stage, manages own time effectively, i.e. confident, responsible, effective, dedicated and proactive engineer
- - Willingness to work for a long term (at least 9+ years) and grow in the team
