Find me a jobWe are seeking a Senior Technical Recruitment Researcher to support EPAM's Talent Acquisition team across the APAC region. In this role, you will use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify, attract and engage well-qualified technology talent in a competitive market, building strong talent pipelines that support EPAM's rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and engage top technical talent to support business growth across the APAC region
- Apply advanced sourcing strategies across social media, career portals and technical communities
- Build strong talent pipelines and partner collaboratively with global recruitment teams
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting internal service level agreements
- Optimize operational process flows to ensure a consistent and scalable recruitment experience
- Manage matrixed stakeholder relationships and provide frequent project updates to account teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment with the ability to build robust talent pipelines effectively
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and career portals
- Experience sourcing for niche technical skill sets and management-track roles
- Ability to plan, prioritize, track and document workflows to support continuous process improvement
- Strong background in managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely delivery and building collaborative relationships with account and resource managers
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in written and spoken business English
Nice to have
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within the technology sector or an agency environment
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in deep sourcing or recruitment marketing
- Strong professional social media presence with an ability to communicate with influence
- Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks and prompt engineering to optimize sourcing and hiring workflows
