We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly collaborative Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead engagements with clients, Business Unit Product Managers, designers, and developers to deliver world-class software solutions. You will take ownership of driving product vision, translating requirements into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring meaningful outcomes in partnership with agile development teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own product strategy by working closely with Business Unit Product Managers and clients to establish and prioritize long-term product roadmaps
Guide teams in refining complex product features and translating strategic objectives into executable plans
Lead the creation and management of detailed user stories and technical requirements to ensure alignment with business goals
Partner with designers, developers, and cross-functional leaders to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions
Act as the primary communication bridge between executive stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Oversee and optimize release processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with multiple teams, including clients and external vendors
Perform advanced data analysis and validate critical business assumptions using SQL and additional tools as needed
Establish frameworks to monitor and evaluate iterative improvements to create measurable and sustained impact
Develop and maintain best practices for thorough documentation and transparent communication of product requirements
Engage directly with clients to gather feedback, resolve challenges, and influence the product roadmap based on market and business insights
Identify bottlenecks in development processes and implement scalable cross-functional solutions to enhance team efficiency and output
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members to foster professional growth and align the team with strategic business goals

Requirements

3+ years of experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst in software development
Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and deliver complex product features in multi-stakeholder environments
Advanced proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and data analysis techniques
Expertise in agile methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully leading agile development teams
Extensive experience in release management involving coordination between internal teams, clients, and external vendors
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence decision-making at all levels
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management and ability to align teams around shared objectives
English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Experience leading complex API integrations with diverse technical frameworks beyond REST APIs
Proven success in managing competing priorities and delivering results within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Ability to propose and execute creative technical solutions to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation
