Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a remote Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team and enhance our insurance underwriting risk valuations sector. As a key member of the EPAM team, you will be responsible for application maintenance and integrations, with a specific focus on commercial and residential areas.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer-reported issues and provide support for current integrations between different systems
  • Implement new integrations using Apigee and ensure security of older technology
  • Coordinate internal teams like Client Support, Production Support, and other development teams, as well as Product Management and external teams like Apigee, Enterprise Services, Data Teams, Network Teams, etc.
  • Identify, prioritize and organize needs and understand how they depend on each other
  • Communicate effectively between different groups like Product Management, Business Users, Experts, Software Developers, and Testers
  • Ensure that the data moves smoothly, following the rules, and give an overview of how our apps are built
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong technical background, ideally in QA or .NET Development
  • Experience using API and integration standards and application support tools
  • Knowledge of Confluence
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different team members
  • Fluency in English language for seamless communication with the team and external stakeholders (C1 level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with .NET
  • Knowledge of Apigee Integration
  • Proficiency with Clouds (GCP, Microsoft Azure)
  • Experience in the Insurance Underwriting Risk Valuations sector, focusing on both Commercial and Residential areas
