Senior Technical Business Analyst

Join our team as a remote Senior Technical Business Analyst to work on a SaaS platform project within a fast-paced and dynamic Agile environment. Our ideal candidate would have strong technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce product, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires someone who is comfortable making changes, doing configuration, and acting as an SF admin. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to elicit customer requirements, design solutions, and negotiate requirements. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the design, development, and optimization of features in a dynamic Agile development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, including eliciting customer needs and objectives
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as user stories, use cases, and test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development teams, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize overall project delivery
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as refinement and retrospectives
  • Act as a technical liaison between development teams and stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or in similar roles
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce administration
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies for software delivery
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as refinement and retrospectives
  • Experience with sales platforms, Pardot preferred
  • Solid business analysis skills, including eliciting customer requirements and designing solutions
  • Experience in working with SaaS platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic Agile environment
  • Proficient in English communication skills, both written and spoken for effective global collaboration
Nice to have
  • Experience in Customer Communications would be a plus
