Responsibilities
- Architect multi-channel sourcing strategies that align with business priorities, growth forecasts, and long-term workforce plans
- Produce actionable talent market intelligence and analytics that inform hiring decisions, location strategy, and diversity objectives
- Execute advanced, often global sourcing for hard-to-fill, Executive leadership, and niche technology roles using AI, automation, talent mapping, and original research
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to craft compelling outreach narratives, shortlist qualified talent, and refine selection workflows
- Track, cleanse, and maintain data accuracy across ATS, CRM, and research repositories to ensure reliable reporting and compliance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Delivery leaders to anticipate demand, calibrate on profiles, and influence pipeline health
- Continuously improve sourcing efficiency by experimenting with new tools, workflows, and competitive intelligence techniques
Requirements
- 6+ years of sourcing or talent research experience, including recent tenure within a technology solutions consulting firm (required)
- Proven track record in executive search and talent pipelining required, with prior technical sourcing experience highly preferred
- Proven background designing sourcing strategies for complex technology, engineering, product, and consulting roles across the U.S. and global markets
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, delivery models, and the critical roles involved in digital transformation projects
- Adept at translating business intelligence, industry news, and competitor activity into targeted search strategies and informed talent recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical stacks, leadership readiness, and cultural fit in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
- Highly skilled in using AI-driven sourcing tools, automation, CRM/ATS platforms, and advanced Boolean techniques; strong data stewardship mindset
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who navigates ambiguity, solves problems, and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing Talent Acquisition community
