We are seeking a skilled Senior Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, and managing our Tableau environment, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of Tableau’s capabilities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics and KPIs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Tableau performance, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and visual appeal.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and visual appeal
  • Optimize Tableau performance and data integration processes, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of Tableau’s capabilities
  • Provide Tableau training and support to end-users, ensuring their proficiency in Tableau usage
  • Conduct Tableau performance tuning and troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Tableau Developer or a similar role
  • Expertise in Salesforce Tableau, including Tableau Desktop, Server, and Online
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization concepts, with the ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful insights
  • Experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages
  • Experience in data modeling and data warehousing principles
  • Strong command of data visualization best practices and design principles
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
