We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with a background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team.
You will play a key role in shaping, supporting and advancing cloud-based solutions that drive our organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Direct the rollout of scalable cloud infrastructure using GCP technologies such as GKE, Cloud CDN, Cloud Armour and CloudSQL
- Supervise the configuration of automated software delivery pipelines leveraging Jenkins
- Administer the orchestration of infrastructure resources through Terraform templates
- Employ Bash and Python scripts to streamline operational workflows
- Design systems for real-time performance tracking and event logging
- Partner with various departments to enable the adoption of Vertex AI where it adds value
- Safeguard the environment by applying security and reliability protocols throughout the system lifecycle
- Compile comprehensive guides and process records to support team learning and onboarding
- Investigate and resolve advanced technical incidents to sustain uninterrupted service
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing cloud-based platforms, with a focus on GCP
- Proficiency in utilizing GKE, Cloud CDN and Cloud Armour within production environments
- Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD automation with Jenkins, Bash or Python
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
- Competency in implementing and maintaining monitoring and logging solutions
- English language skills at B2 level or higher

- Understanding of Vertex AI capabilities and potential applications
