We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to analyze and design complex banking and FinTech integrations. The role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, defining integration flows between Core Banking and external payment systems, and maintaining high-quality architecture and integration documentation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, epics, and use cases
- Design integrations with payment gateways, banking APIs, accounting, and regulatory systems
- Define dependencies between Core Banking and external systems such as Humo, Uzcard, Paynet, and Munis
- Design REST, SOAP, webhook, and messaging-based integrations
- Create UML, DFD, ER diagrams, integration specifications, and architecture documentation
- Identify system risks related to transaction failures, security, and data integrity
- Define fallback, redundancy, and recovery approaches
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams on backlog prioritization
- Maintain accurate technical and integration documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in System Analysis or a related role
- Strong requirements elicitation and technical documentation skills
- Understanding of banking products, payments, cards, accounts, and transfers
- Strong experience with REST, SOAP, webhooks, JSON, XML, and preferably ISO 20022
- Experience with payment systems and gateways such as Humo, Uzcard, Paynet, Visa, or Mastercard
- Strong UML, DFD, and ER modeling skills
- Understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ESB-based integration
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, 2FA/OTP, PCI-DSS, tokenization, and encryption principles
- Banking / financial domain experience is strongly preferred
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
