We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Syniti Developer to join our team.
As a Syniti Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of data migration and governance solutions for our clients, utilizing Syniti tools and methodology.

Responsibilities
- Support design and development of data migration and governance solutions for our clients using Syniti's tools and methodology
- Collaborate with on-site BOA and client colleagues to ensure integrated data migration design for assigned process area
- Create and maintain data load programs and related documentation
- Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations
- Design, create, and execute reports aligned with project deliverables
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues
- Ensure compliance with prescribed development standards and guidelines
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Syniti development
- In-depth knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process areas
- Strong proficiency in Syniti tools, adhering to prescribed development standards
- Ability to develop data migration/governance rules in Syniti's tools according to supplied specifications
- Experience in designing, creating, and executing reports aligned with project deliverables
- Experience in creating and maintaining data load programs
- Proficiency in executing end-to-end data loads and reconciliations
- Fluent English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
