We are seeking a remote Senior Support Specialist to join our team. The candidate should be familiar with Azure DevOps services or Jenkins.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application related issues raised by the users/clients
  • Create documentation for support and maintenance
  • Engage others as appropriate and escalate as required for resolution of any product bugs
  • Proven issue troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and ticketing software
Requirements
  • 3+ years of production experience supporting system: JAVA Spring boot, Microservices
  • Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps concepts and CI/CD implementation with Azure DevOps services
  • Good communication skills and a responsible attitude towards work
  • Understanding of software technical support/maintenance process
  • Proficient in English with an upper-intermediate level of written and spoken skills (B2+)
