We are seeking a remote Senior Support Specialist to join our team. The candidate should be familiar with Azure DevOps services or Jenkins.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot application related issues raised by the users/clients
- Create documentation for support and maintenance
- Engage others as appropriate and escalate as required for resolution of any product bugs
- Proven issue troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and ticketing software
Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience supporting system: JAVA Spring boot, Microservices
- Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps concepts and CI/CD implementation with Azure DevOps services
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude towards work
- Understanding of software technical support/maintenance process
- Proficient in English with an upper-intermediate level of written and spoken skills (B2+)
