Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Support Engineer to join our team.
Our client is an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products, based in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality support service to the customer
- Managing team capacity and workload
- Consulting customer on Atlassain Best Practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of support experience
- Advanced experience in Atlassian Admistration
- Knowledge of Linux, Networks and SQL
- Good understanding of SDLC/Agile
- English level B2+
Nice to have
- Experience as Team Lead
- Knowledge of MS Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in Python, Groovy
