We are looking for a remote Senior Support Engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for incident & problem management, release management, and monitoring & automation tooling management. Additionally, you will work towards delivering quality changes to production, maintaining a knowledge database, and contributing to continuous improvements via automation and process excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing workload and being a good team worker
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience providing production support
  • Proficiency with IT tools & technologies, such as Toad, Splunk, MS Excel, XML, Swift, Camt
  • Technical knowledge of SQL, Mainframe / DB2 and/or Linux / Oracle
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Familiarity with various reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, MS Excel)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • B2+ English level
