We are looking for a remote Senior Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of workflow-based applications and a Low Code Development approach. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate lev
Responsibilities
- Configuring Metric Stream tool without code changes
- Implementation of forms and landing pages
- Adjustment of application behavior
- Creation of reports and charts
- User and access management, incident and issue management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application support
- Strong understanding of Low Code Development approach
- Experience with SQL and JavaScript
- Readiness to be trained in Metric Stream
- Excellent communication skills at English Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience in administration and configuration of Content management/Service Desk tools.
