We are looking for a remote Senior Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of workflow-based applications and a Low Code Development approach. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate lev

Responsibilities
  • Configuring Metric Stream tool without code changes
  • Implementation of forms and landing pages
  • Adjustment of application behavior
  • Creation of reports and charts
  • User and access management, incident and issue management
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in application support
  • Strong understanding of Low Code Development approach
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript
  • Readiness to be trained in Metric Stream
  • Excellent communication skills at English Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience in administration and configuration of Content management/Service Desk tools.
