We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of application or middleware support experience with critical skills in understanding ESB and B2B mapping. The candidate must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers at various levels, including technical, business, and management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting automated transactional integrations with customer systems
- Interact with customers on various levels, including technical, business, and management
- Evaluate customer needs and provide recommendations on integration strategies
- Provide consultative services to customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Application or Middleware support
- Experience understanding ESB and B2B Mapping
- Experience in SQL
- Proficiency in Linux and XML/XSL/XSLT
- Business analysis, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills are required
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to evaluate a customer’s needs and provide recommendations on an integration strategy
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- EDI mapping skills using the Sterling Integrator or GIS mapper are preferred
- Basic understanding of EDI transaction sets used in a distribution business
- Experience with 340B drug program is preferred
