We are seeking a remote Senior Support Engineer with experience ETL support. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer communication skills and be able to interact with customers on various levels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ESB, B2B Mapping or ETL support
  • Interact with customers on various levels including technical, business and management
  • Evaluate a customer's needs to provide recommendations for an integration strategy
  • Utilize EDI mapping skills to improve processes and support customers
  • Demonstrate expertise in business analysis, problem-solving and customer service
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Support
  • Understanding of EDI transaction sets used in a distribution business
  • Strong experience with XML/XSL/XSLT, Linux, and SQL Databases
  • Experience working with EDI X12
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (B2+ level)
