We are seeking a remote Senior Support Engineer with experience ETL support. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer communication skills and be able to interact with customers on various levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage ESB, B2B Mapping or ETL support
- Interact with customers on various levels including technical, business and management
- Evaluate a customer's needs to provide recommendations for an integration strategy
- Utilize EDI mapping skills to improve processes and support customers
- Demonstrate expertise in business analysis, problem-solving and customer service
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Support
- Understanding of EDI transaction sets used in a distribution business
- Strong experience with XML/XSL/XSLT, Linux, and SQL Databases
- Experience working with EDI X12
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (B2+ level)
