We are seeking a remote Senior Support Engineer. The candidate should possess excellent client-facing skills and ability to lead a team to provide quick solutions, guidance and maintain a good work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure applications that support the business are up and running per service level agreements
- Perform application support maintenance as required to meet availability requirements
- Perform bug fixing on existing applications
- Maintain an E-commerce platform in a healthy state considering different integrations
- Lead and mentor the team and provide quick solutions, guidance, and maintain a good work environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in focused on Support
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Experience in supporting Applications and Java maintenance
- Solid understanding of XML/XSL/XSLT, Linux
- Knowledge in SQL databases, ETL/ELT Solutions and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (B2+ level)
