Senior Support Engineer

We are seeking a remote Senior Support Engineer. The candidate should possess excellent client-facing skills and ability to lead a team to provide quick solutions, guidance and maintain a good work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure applications that support the business are up and running per service level agreements
  • Perform application support maintenance as required to meet availability requirements
  • Perform bug fixing on existing applications
  • Maintain an E-commerce platform in a healthy state considering different integrations
  • Lead and mentor the team and provide quick solutions, guidance, and maintain a good work environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in focused on Support
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Experience in supporting Applications and Java maintenance
  • Solid understanding of XML/XSL/XSLT, Linux
  • Knowledge in SQL databases, ETL/ELT Solutions and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
  • Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (B2+ level)
