Senior Sterling OMS Developer

We are seeking a Senior Sterling OMS Developer to contribute significantly to our team.
You will work on the design, development, and maintenance of our Order Management System, applying your expertise in IBM Sterling OMS. Those who are passionate about enhancing systems and thrive in technical collaboration are invited to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot the Order Management System
- Design IBM Sterling OMS solutions tailored to meet business requirements
- Participate in design and code reviews, adhering to best practices
- Lead configuration efforts and optimize performance within the OMS environment
- Manage technology projects, including software development and system upgrades
- Maintain master configuration data and oversee source code management
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues
- Execute production deployments and oversee change processes
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and standards
- Document operational procedures, best practices, and technical specifications
- Perform duties beyond the scope of listed responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Understanding of Sterling OMS functions, including Sourcing and Scheduling
- Background in designing and implementing Sterling OMS solutions with 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in enterprise Java development with at least 3 years of experience
- Skills in coding using Java and OMS Development
- Familiarity with development tools like Eclipse IDE and SoapUI
- Competency in product extensions and systems integration for enterprise environments
- Capability to collaborate on functional design documentation
- Qualifications in source code management systems
- Experience in Middleware technologies
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- SAP and warehouse management systems experience preferred
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JSON formatting
- Understanding of REST architecture
- Proficiency in SOA Frameworks
- Knowledge of XML formatting
