We are seeking an experienced Senior Staffing Manager to join our leadership team and drive resource management initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in workforce planning, optimizing staffing processes, and aligning resource strategies with business goals in a matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Resource Management special projects
  • Participate in Business Management projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate deliverables across Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development as part of the leadership team
  • Oversee hiring processes, including full-time and short-term contract roles, for supported business units
  • Analyze and manage cost of delivery
Requirements
  • 14+ years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Human Capital Management, with a strong understanding of workforce management practices
  • Ability to master concepts such as supply vs demand and the connection between resource management and financial metrics
  • Proficiency in building relationships across all organizational levels with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining solution-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to use innovative approaches for problem-solving and delivering results within dynamic environments
  • Familiarity with anticipating and managing needs of stakeholders across a global organization, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Demonstrated responsibility in delivering services with precision by allocating the right resources in optimal geography based on business needs
  • Passion and collaboration in aligning resource strategies with organizational objectives, consistently showcasing reliability and trustworthiness
  • English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
