We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned to business objectives and enterprise standards. You will partner with business, delivery, and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable architecture and guide implementation—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business goals
- Drive portfolio and solution technology roadmaps that support strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guide trade-offs and prioritization and build alignment across teams
- Evaluate product needs against existing patterns and systems to recommend buy, build, or reuse options considering TCO
- Define current, transitional, and target states including data flows, dependencies, and integration designs
- Document architectural decisions, trade-offs, and rationale and ensure cross-team consensus
- Provide architectural artifacts and guidance to enable product and delivery teams through implementation
- Ensure non-functional requirements are captured, reviewed, and updated as solutions evolve
- Embed IAM security patterns and data protection controls into solution designs and reinforce security best practices
- Establish reusable architecture patterns, best practices, and runbooks to improve consistency and delivery outcomes
- Design for production readiness, continuous improvement, and technology currency reduction
- Champion high availability, disaster recovery, and observability practices across solutions
- Participate in incident response and postmortems to help resolve complex engineering issues
- Lead knowledge sharing, upskilling, and proof-of-concept efforts to advance architecture practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture within enterprise architecture environments
- Senior stakeholder leadership skills to guide trade-offs, prioritization, and consensus
- Strong roadmap and strategy alignment skills to drive portfolio and solution technology roadmaps
- Solid Java skills to understand and guide solution design and implementation constraints
- Strong architecture governance skills to promote adherence to standards and processes
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business, product, delivery, and engineering teams
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
