We are building a Senior Solution Architect role to shape the end-to-end architecture for a unified global digital ecosystem across LATAM and Europe. You will define solution vision and implementation planning for loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations while partnering with enterprise architects and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define target-state architecture that standardizes international markets while integrating with legacy systems
- Assess technologies, vendor products, and cloud services to select and design the best-fit tech stack for loyalty, payments, and commerce modules
- Produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements spanning security, scalability, and performance
- Create technical implementation roadmaps, milestone plans, and phased migration strategies that reduce business disruption during rollout
- Collaborate with product management, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align architectural choices with business goals and budget constraints
- Set engineering governance, code review standards, and architectural guardrails across development squads
- Drive end-to-end technical implementation plans to ensure full delivery of project business value
- Mentor multi-geo, cross-functional engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in Enterprise Solution Architecture, with deep expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices on AWS and distributed systems
- Working familiarity with Loyalty Management Systems and Payment Gateways
- Exposure to Data Platforms such as Databricks
- Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including OAuth and PCI-DSS
- Proven ability to write Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, and API contracts
- Strong capability to define non-functional requirements for security, scalability, and performance
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-geo, cross-functional engineering and DevOps teams
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Professional or native fluency in Spanish
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification
- TOGAF certification
- Previous experience with global QSR technology ecosystems
