We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Pega to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications, leveraging Pega expertise to build reusable components and robust workflow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Pega, focusing on API development and workflow management
- Manage the entire development process, including design, development, and deployment stages
- Write reusable components to support scalable and maintainable solutions
- Create unit test cases using established testing frameworks
- Perform browser testing and debugging to ensure application quality and performance
- Learn and adopt new technologies as project needs evolve
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions
Requirements
- 5-10 years of overall experience in IT, with 5+ years of development experience in Pega
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Proficiency in API development and workflow management using Pega
- Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and unit test case frameworks
- Experience with other low-code platforms
- Capability to work effectively both individually and within a team
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and results-oriented approach
Nice to have
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile and waterfall
