Join our Principal Flow Trading stream in Hong Kong as part of the Equity Derivatives Quoting team. We engineer advanced, automated electronic trading applications by partnering directly with front-office stakeholders. In this role, you design secure and reliable software capable of supporting latency-sensitive trading algorithms.

Responsibilities
- Oversee projects and drive deliverables for latency-sensitive trading algorithms
- Design, develop and maintain front-office trading applications
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into effective technical solutions
- Apply comprehensive software engineering practices to ensure solutions are secure, reliable and compliant
- Advance quoting applications by integrating observability, monitoring production health and resolving incidents
- Address root causes of risks and share technical expertise across the global team
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Java with a strong interest in learning new technologies and methodologies
- Background in a front-office environment with direct business stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with real-time trading platforms, including warrants, listed options, futures, market making and market links
- Clear communication for cultivating strong internal client relationships
- Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple tasks concurrently under pressure
- Adaptability to handle daily changes in business requirements
- Commitment to teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
