Find me a jobWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI Native SDLC). You’ll build AI-driven workflows that improve how teams design, code, test and ship software. You’ll develop developer agents using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and frameworks like LangChain, then integrate them into Git, Jira and CI/CD to move from prototypes to production-ready automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI developer agents that generate, refactor and document code at scale
- Build agentic workflows using tool calling, memory, planning and multi-step reasoning
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, embeddings and vector search to ground outputs in trusted sources
- Prototype quickly to validate value, then harden solutions for reliability, security and maintainability
- Integrate AI workflows into the engineering stack across Git, Jira and CI/CD pipelines
- Define evaluation approaches for quality, latency, cost, safety and regression detection
- Partner with stakeholders to translate delivery needs into AI-augmented SDLC solutions
- Communicate trade-offs, risks and controls to align with enterprise goals
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skill sets in Java, JavaScript, Python or .NET
- Hands-on experience with large language models such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude
- Experience building GenAI applications using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, chunking strategies and prompt design
- Experience integrating AI into production SDLC workflows, including Git-based delivery and CI/CD
- Understanding of evaluation and guardrails for GenAI systems, including quality checks and safe output patterns
- Track record of building, testing and shipping working solutions in iterative delivery cycles
