Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support Project Service Automation (PSA), working remotely with our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience in managing production systems that run REST API on a web server such as IIS Server or another. If you have excellent communication skills and experience with infrastructure as code, AWS EC2, and ALB, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the availability of the PSA module and IIS, taking a holistic view of the system health
  • Manage CI/CD and deploy code changes and bug fixes to production
  • React to incidents raised by the L1 Business Support team, restoring the work of production services
  • Raise bugs from Production using ServiceNow and work with the PSA Development team
  • Collaborate with the Incident Management team to resolve Critical Production Incidents
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a highly technical, scientific discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer
  • Experience in Windows support
  • Experience with managing production systems that run REST API on a web server such as IIS Server or another
  • Keen to learn new things, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, for example, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  • Experience with AWS EC2 and ALB
  • Fluency in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level competency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and REST API
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline automation
