We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support Project Service Automation (PSA), working remotely with our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience in managing production systems that run REST API on a web server such as IIS Server or another. If you have excellent communication skills and experience with infrastructure as code, AWS EC2, and ALB, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the availability of the PSA module and IIS, taking a holistic view of the system health
- Manage CI/CD and deploy code changes and bug fixes to production
- React to incidents raised by the L1 Business Support team, restoring the work of production services
- Raise bugs from Production using ServiceNow and work with the PSA Development team
- Collaborate with the Incident Management team to resolve Critical Production Incidents
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a highly technical, scientific discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer
- Experience in Windows support
- Experience with managing production systems that run REST API on a web server such as IIS Server or another
- Keen to learn new things, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with infrastructure as code, for example, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with AWS EC2 and ALB
- Fluency in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level competency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and REST API
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline automation
