We are looking for a Senior SFDC Developer to join our team for a major Salesforce implementation initiative.
You’ll contribute to a fast-paced environment dedicated to creating valuable business outcomes. This role offers the chance to work with advanced tools and collaborate with skilled colleagues from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications for development tasks
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce environments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems and successful project execution
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Salesforce development roles
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce, with strong skills in core clouds such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce for AI-powered agent and customer service capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, thriving in a team-based setting
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote work environment
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or above
Nice to have
- Background with Salesforce Field Service for optimizing field operations and service delivery
