Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator

We are in search of a Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our remote team.
You will be responsible for providing direct support to the client's team, working independently to manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including managing user access, roles, and permissions
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending and implementing upgrades as necessary
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration and customization
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical roadblocks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients
- B2+ English level proficiency
