Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refactor custom ServiceNow APIs and endpoints to improve performance and maintainability
- Optimize JavaScript code for efficiency and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in API connectors, ensuring high code quality and security standards
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and align development efforts
- Document API designs and changes for future reference
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends
- Work under pressure to meet time-sensitive client expectations
Requirements
- Senior developer with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Proven expertise in API and integration platform development, including design, refactoring, and troubleshooting
- Strong experience in JavaScript coding and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Mature and dedicated professional attitude
- Fluent English proficiency (CEFR C1 or equivalent)
- Valid international passport for onboarding process
Nice to have
- Experience with third-party application integrations in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for APIs
