Responsibilities
- Optimize and refactor JavaScript code within custom ServiceNow APIs
- Design and build new API endpoints on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand integration requirements
- Ensure performance and scalability of custom APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality
- Maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines and expectations
- Document API designs and development processes
- Review and improve existing API implementations
- Monitor API usage and implement improvements as needed
- Lead efforts in continuous code optimization and technical excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and custom API creation,
- Advanced JavaScript skills with a focus on code refactoring and optimization
- Proven leadership abilities in a development environment
- Experience working on high-intensity projects with strict deadlines
- Technical expertise in API integration with third-party applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations
- Maturity and resilience in challenging situations
- Passion for clean, efficient, and optimized code
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
